Integrated measuring technology with resolution of the drive power 1:100000

The combination of VECTODRIVE® inverters with the CycleTracer in-process technology allows you deep insight into the process – completely without additional sensors. Using the high-resolution measuring data you can introduce procedures for optimisation and control of the machining process.

The CycleTracer technology module is an extremely sensitive measurement of the drive power. This has several advantages for precision machining:

  • Recognition of tool wear.
